As it is formulated with all the components needed to get the most reliable result, it allows saving preparation and drying time. You only need to add the pigment for a quick application. The result will not have to envy other materials.
No need to add water or resin to prepare the ready-to-use microcement. It is enough to add the pigment and stir until the color is completely homogeneous. With Meexe Colour, you can choose the tone that best suits your style to give your most personal touch to each project.
Meexe Ready Go! is a system that combines all the properties of microcement in an easy and quick to use format. That's why it is a very resistant, durable, stable and smooth material that can be applied to any clean, defect-free surface.
The ready-to-use microcement Meexe Ready Go! can be used on floors and walls both indoors and outdoors. As it requires fewer layers and these are thinner, there's no need to sand after each coat. The process is faster and cleaner, but equally decorative.
One of the greatest advantages of our ready-to-use microcement is its practicality. The applicator can use only the amount needed and store the remainder in a closed container. This way, the product will not spoil and the entire compound will be used. Maximum performance with the best features.
The surface must be leveled and clean, without dust or grease residues.
Apply a layer of primer, selecting the most suitable product for the surface from our Meexe Primer range. Allow to dry between 30 minutes and 2 hours.
Apply the ready-to-use microcement for floor preparation, mixed with the chosen color. It must be done using a trowel and in two layers, allowing it to dry between 4 and 8 hours and then sanding with grain 40.
Apply a layer of the ready-to-use microcement for floor finish along with the pigment, if any, and wait from 4 to 8 hours for it to dry. Sand the surface by hand (with grain 220) or by machine (with grain 120).
Protect and seal the coated surface with ready-to-use microcement with the most suitable varnish from the Meexe catalog. It is recommended to smooth the first layer with a 400-grain sandpaper. Respect the number of coats and drying times indicated in the technical data sheet.
Clear and dry the surface, making sure it has no imperfections.
Before applying the ready-to-use microcement, apply the most suitable Meexe Primer for the support. Allow it to dry for at least 30 minutes.
Using a trowel, apply two layers of our ready-to-use microcement for wall preparation, to which the corresponding pigment has been added. Allow each layer to dry for 4 to 8 hours, and then go over with a 40-grain sandpaper.
With the help of a trowel, apply a layer of the ready-to-use microcement for wall finish, already colored. Allow it to dry for 4 to 8 hours before sanding with 220 grain if done by hand, or with 120 grain if done by machine.
The use of sealers is necessary to keep the ready-to-use microcement in perfect condition. Follow the instructions on the technical data sheet of the Meexe range of varnishes to get the best result.
